Complete list of services

The participation fee is 242 EUR per m² (plus VAT) + 420 EUR (plus VAT) flat rate for media services. The participation fee includes the following services:

  • participation in the group exhibition 'Bioplastics in Packaging'
  • basic configuration in the form of a high quality stand construction system
  • use of a business lounge in the hall, including hospitality
  • 1 parking permit
  • 30 special guest vouchers
  • 2 exhibitor’s passes
  • entry in the interpack catalogue
  • entry in the exhibitors’ directory for the Bioplastics in Packaging group exhibition
  • use of the interpack portals


Stand construction

The minimum size of an exhibition stand is 20 m2, the maximum size is 50 m2. There is no right of allocation for either a particular stand type or a specific location within the group exhibition. European Bioplastics and the Düsseldorf Exhibition Centre will endeavour to consider exhibitors’ requests to the extent that they are compatible with the overall concept.

The offer includes a high quality base model exhibition stand. Additional stand fittings may be ordered from the Düsseldorf Exhibition Centre or brought by the exhibitor (prior consultation necessary). The latter will be permitted provided that it is not to the detriment of the overall impression of the exhibition. This decision lies with the Düsseldorf Exhibition Centre. No discount can be provided even if the Düsseldorf Exhibition Centre’s construction services are not required.


Costs for exhibitors:

Stand costs will be calculated according to the Düsseldorf Exhibition Center’s standard rate for block stands (242 EUR/m2 plus VAT). The price includes a high quality base model exhibition stand and many extras.
