The European Bioplastics Conference is the leading bioplastics conference in Europe. With 380 visitors and 27 exhibitors the conferece was the biggest bioplastics conference ever held in Europe. Keynote speakers this year were Dr. Alexander Schwarzt, from the consulting firm McKinsey, Peter Schintlmeister from the Austrian Federal Ministry of Economy, Family and Youth, and Mori Tomoyuki from the chemical corporation and sponsor of the event, Mitsubishi Chemicals.
