Booking Conditions
After online registration your booking is confirmed immediately (auto-reply). With this email you also receive the conference invoice. Payment must be received latest before the conference date (see date and time limit of the invoice). Please make sure that your bank transfer is made accurately and in time.
If payment is not received, delegates will be asked to pay cash at the registration desk to access the conference. Bookings received less than two weeks should be paid online by credit card or cash at the conference desk unless bank transfer can be secured in due time.
Please Note:
The conference fee covers entrance to all sessions, conference documentation and available papers, coffee and refreshment breaks.
Cancellations & Substitutions
Cancellations made before September 14th, 2009 will be charged at 10% of the invoice total. Cancellations made between this date and 12th of October 2009 will be charged at 50% of the invoice total. Cancellations made after this date will be charged the full invoice amount. However, you can send a substitute delegate at any time.
Cancellations and substitutions must be made in writing.
Access Requirements
Conference attendees have to wear a conference badge to allow for identification.
To help us ensure that all delegates attending the conference are able to participate fully, please let us know about any special requirements you have by contacting us.
Dietary Requirements
We always provide vegetarian options at our conferences, but please inform us if you need us to cater for any other dietary requirements.
Accommodation
Costs for accomodation and other hotel services are NOT included in the conference fee. Hotel and venue information is available on the conference website.
