Invitation to the Members Meeting on 27 June 2018

Dear Members,

We cordially invite you to participate in our first Members Meeting in 2018.

Date: Wednesday, 27 June 2018
Start: 3:00 p.m.
Termination: 5:00 p.m.
Place: Premises of European Bioplastics, Marienstr. 19/20, 10117 Berlin

During the meeting, we will present the financial accounts for 2017, based on the financial report 2017 (balance, gains and losses), which will be sent to you duly prior to the meeting. Also, the Annual Report 2017, a copy of which will be handed out to you, will be presented.

In case you are not able to participate, we kindly suggest transferring your voting right to a member of your trust surely to attend the meeting. Please note, to be valid, vote transfers must be indicated on the attached fax form or otherwise be brought to our attention in written form.

After the meeting, you are invited to stay for our social evening, starting at 6:00 p.m. on 27 June 2018. Detailed information as to the location of the evening event will be sent in due course.

The Product Groups (PG) “Biobased” and “Biodegradables” will be meeting on 28 June 2018 also at the premises of European Bioplastics. Invitations will be send to the PG members separately.

Please indicate on the fax form whether you plan to participate, so that we can make necessary arrangements.

We kindly ask you to return the attached registration form a.s.a.p. – latest by Wednesday, 15 June 2018.
