Members Meeting on 13 December 2022 - Invitation and Documents

We cordially invite you to participate in our Members Meeting.

Please find enclosed the Agenda (download 1) of the General Assembly as well as the Budget Proposal 2023 (download 2). The Budget Proposal, which will be discussed in datail at the meeting, entails a slight raise of the membership fee, which will be needed to employ much needed staff in Brussels in order drive forward our advocacy engagement on-site, as Stefan had mentioned in his previous letter to you.

Included as a download as well is the Working Programme (download 3), which will also be presented and voted upon during the meeting.

In case you are not able to participate, we kindly suggest transferring your voting right to a member of your trust surely to attend the meeting. Please note, to be valid, vote transfers must be brought to our attention in written form. 

If not already done, please return the attached registration form (download 4), by 5 December at the latest.
