Invitation to our Members Meeting on 27 June 2018 in Berlin - Update

Dear Members,

We cordially invite you to participate in our first 2018 Members Meeting.

Date: Wednesday, 27 June 2018
Start: 3:00 p.m.  
Termination: 4:00 p.m.
Place: Premises of European Bioplastics Marienstr. 19/20, 10117 Berlin

During the meeting, the Annual Report 2017, together with the Financial Report 2017 (balance, gains & losses), will be presented and explained (see agenda attached).

In case you are not able to participate, we kindly suggest transferring your voting right to a member of your trust surely to attend the meeting. Please note, to be valid, vote transfers must be indicated on the attached fax form or otherwise be brought to our attention in written form.

In deviation of our invitation letter from 25 April 2018, the official part of the Members Meeting will end at 4:00 p.m. and will be followed directly by a social get-together (for more details, please see separate invite attached), where we shall serve drinks and snacks at the courtesy of EUBP.

We would also like to remind you of the Product Groups Meetings scheduled for the next day, 28 June 2018, starting with the PG Bio-based from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. followed by the PG Biodegradables from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., and closing with a joint snack lunch at 1:00 p.m. An invitation and the agendas will be sent to the groups separately.

Please indicate on the fax answer form if you plan to participate at the meeting(s), so that we can make the necessary arrangements.
