Please find enclosed the Agenda (download 1) of the General Assembly as well as the Budget Proposal 2022 (download 2). As a download as well is the Working Programme (download 3), which will also be presented and voted upon during the meeting.

As mentioned in our previous email, due to a recent change in the Board – Paolo La Scola has left his delegating company Novamont and, therefore, according to the statutes of European Bioplastics, had to step down as Member of the Board with immediate effect – an extraordinary Board election will be added to the agenda of the upcoming Members Meeting.

The statutes of European Bioplastics foresee that a replacement is to be elected for the remainder of the predecessor’s term of office at the following General Assembly.

Henk Vooijs from Novamont has already stepped forward and has indicated he would like to be elected as Board Member to proceed Paolo. The Board agrees he is a good candidate. You can download a motivation letter as well as a CV here (download 4).

In case you are not able to participate, we kindly suggest transferring your voting right to a member of your trust surely to attend the meeting. Please note, to be valid, vote transfers must be brought to our attention in written form. The online voting procedure will be outlined at the beginning of the meeting.
