Dear Members,
As announced in our previous letter from 29 October, we would like to invite you to this year’s autumn Members Meeting on
Date: Monday, 2 December 2019
Start: 3:00 p.m.
Termination: 5:30 p.m.
Place: Titanic Chaussee Berlin, Chausseestrasse 30, 10115 Berlin
Enclosed is the agenda (enclosure 1), the budget proposal (enclosure 2) as well as the draft working programme 2020 (enclosure 3) for your approval.
As this meeting provides for an already announced extraordinary election of the Board, please find enclosed as well the list of candidates (enclosure 4).
In case you are not able to participate, we kindly ask you to transfer your voting right to a member of your trust, surely to attend the meeting. Please note, to be valid, vote transfers must be indicated on the attached fax answer form or otherwise in a written form be brought to our attention. Please indicate on the fax answer form (enclosure 5), whether or not we may count on your participation in order to make the necessary arrangements.
Please return the attached fax form a.s.a.p. – latest by Tuesday, 26 November 2019.
