Voting rights of associate members

Dear Members,

As you may be aware, at the General Assembly on 26 June 2019, the members of European Bioplastics e.V. have adopted a number of changes to our current statutes. One change specifically affecting your organisation as an associate member is that you are from now on entitled to a vote at the General Assembly, concerning all matters to be decided by the members.

The upcoming General Assembly foresees, among others, the election of a new Board. We, therefore, invite you to make use of your newly acquired right to cast a vote.

Should you be prevented from attending the upcoming General Assembly in person, we invite you to consider transferring your voting right to any other member of European Bioplastics of your trust.
