We would like to invite you to this year’s spring Members Meeting on

Place: Representation of the State of North Rhine-Westphalia to the
European Union, Rue Montoyer 47, 1000 Brussels, Belgium

Enclosed is the invitation to our Members Meeting (enclosure 1) and the agenda (enclosure 2).

As this meeting provides for an already announced election of the Board, please find enclosed as well the meeting information (enclosure 3), the presentations of candidates (enclosure 4), and the Board Election Rules and Procedures (enclosure 5).

Furthermore, find enclosed the Financial Report 2021 (enclosure 6).

In case you are not able to participate, we kindly ask you to transfer your voting right to a member of your trust, surely to attend the meeting. Please note, to be valid, vote transfers must be indicated on the attached fax answer form or otherwise in a written form be brought to our attention. Please indicate on the fax answer form (enclosure 7), whether or not we may count on your participation in order to make the necessary arrangements.

Please return the attached fax form a.s.a.p. – latest by Tuesday, 14 June 2022.
