Please find enclosed the Agenda (enclosure 1) of the General Assembly as well as the Financial Report 2018 (Balance Sheet and Income Sheet, enclosure 2), which, together with the Annual Report 2018 that will be distributed as handout at the meeting, will be presented and explained.
A special focus will be dedicated to the revision of the EUBP Statutes. For further information, please refer to the enclosed explanatory letter (enclosure 3) and annexed Draft Statutes (enclosures 3a, 3b and 3c).
As usual, we will organize a Social Evening (at own expense), this time at the Machiavelli, Albrechtstraße 13, 10117 Berlin, starting at 6:00 p.m. after the Product Group meetings on 25 June 2018. For the latter, detailed information will be provided to you in a separate mailing.
In case you are not able to participate, we kindly suggest transferring your voting right to a member of your trust surely to attend the meeting. Please note, to be valid, vote transfers must be indicated on the attached fax form or otherwise be brought to our attention in written form.
Please indicate on the fax answer form (enclosure 4) if you plan to participate at the meeting(s), so that we can make the necessary arrangements.
