Dear Members,
Referring to our email of 6 June 2019 including the agenda and documents for the upcoming Members Meeting on 26 June 2019 (also attached here, please see the respective links below), we hereby would like to remind you to register for said meeting.
Please note the importance of this General Assembly, as we will be voting on the statutes.
In case you are not able to participate, we kindly suggest transferring your voting right to a member of your trust surely to attend the meeting. Please note, to be valid, vote transfers must be indicated on the attached fax form or otherwise be brought to our attention in written form.
If not already done, please return the attached registration form a.s.a.p. – at the very latest by Tuesday, 18 June 2019.
