We cordially invite you to participate in our Members Meeting. As indicated in our letter from 27 May 2020, the meeting will be virtual.

Please find enclosed the Agenda (enclosure 1) of the General Assembly as well as the Financial Report 2019 (Balance Sheet and Income Sheet, enclosure 2). Those, together with the Annual Report 2019, to which a download link will be provided, will be presented and explained during the meeting.

The Product Groups will meet on 17 June 2020. Detailed information will be provided to you in  separate mailings.

In case you are not able to participate, we kindly suggest transferring your voting right to a member of your trust surely to attend the meeting. Please note, to be valid, vote transfers must be brought to our attention in written form. The online voting procedure will be outlined at the beginning of the meeting.
