Reminder for COVID-19 measures – make sure you get tested!

Dear participants,

Only one more day, till we’ll see you all in Berlin for our 16th European Bioplastics Conference.

Please remember that, in order to access the conference area, you will have to provide the following:

1) Proof of vaccination* or proof of recovery**
2) AND a negative antigen test *** (valid for 24h) or PCR test result *** (valid for 48h) 

If you do not have a test appointment already, you’ll have the possibility to get tested in the test centre of the conference hotel. It is located in the „MOA-Bogen“ on the ground floor of the hotel.

We’ve reserved test slots for our participants to get tested before entering the conference during the following times:

Tuesday morning, 30 November, from 07:45 a.m. till 09:15 a.m.
Wednesday morning, 1 December, from 07:30 a.m. till 8:30 a.m.

Admission to the conference area is only possible after presenting the above-mentioned information. At the whole conference site, it is mandatory to wear a medical or FFP2/KN95 face mask.  However, the mask can be removed at your seat and when eating or drinking. A minimum distance of 1.5 meters must still be maintained when contacting people in public spaces.    

In order to reduce the registration and testing time on the conference days, we kindly ask you to use our pre-registration on Monday, 29 November from 05:00pm – 08:00pm.

For our exhibitors, it is also mandatory to show a negative corona test in order to access the set-up of the exhibition.

* Vaccines licensed in the EU (complete vaccination, from day 15 on)  

** People are considered as recovered who have demonstrably tested positive for the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus with a PCR test. The test must have taken place min 28 days to max 6 months ago.

*** The proof of the test must be presented on each conference day.
