EUBP Conference 2021 – UPDATE Covid-19 measures, 2G+

Dear participants,

In order to implement a safe conference and to protect your well-being, we will consider the prevailing Covid-19 restrictions and follow all protective measures (2G+).   

For registration we will need:   

• proof  of vaccination* or proof of recovery** 
• AND PCR test*** (valid for 48h) or antigen test*** (valid for 24h)   

* Vaccines licensed in the EU (complete vaccination, from day 15 on)   

** People are considered as recovered who have demonstrably tested positive for the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus with a PCR test. The test must have taken place min 28 days to max 6 months ago. 

*** The proof of the test must be presented on every conference day.   

Admission to the conference area is only possible after presenting the above-mentioned information. Please ensure that your test/certificate is valid accordingly.

At the whole conference site, it is mandatory to wear a medical or FFP2/KN95 face mask.  However, the mask can be removed at your seat and when eating or drinking.     

A minimum distance of 1.5 meters must still be maintained when contacting people in public spaces.     

In order to reduce the registration and testing time on the conference days, we kindly ask you to use our pre-registration on Monday, 29 November from 17:00 – 20:00 h.  

For our exhibitors it is also mandatory to show a negative corona test in order to access the set-up of the exhibition.

Please note that these are the current Covid-19 safety measures. Depending on possible changes in the occurrence of infections, these may need to be adapted accordingly.
