EUBP Conference 2021 – UPDATE Covid-19 measures

Dear participants,

In accordance to the current development regarding Covid-19 numbers in Berlin, we consider the prevailing Covid-19 restrictions and follow all protective measures.  

For registration we will need:   

• proof  of vaccination* OR  
• proof of recovery** 

* Vaccines licensed in the EU (complete vaccination, from day 15 on)   
** People are considered as recovered who have demonstrably tested positive for the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus with a PCR test. The test must have taken place min 28 days to max 6 months ago. 

Admission to the conference area is only possible after presenting the above-mentioned information. Please ensure that your test/certificate is valid accordingly and includes a QR code.  

Additionally, we recommend voluntary testing with an antigen test (home test or test center) on both conference days as vaccination or recovery doesn’t provide a 100 percent protection. To lower the risk of infecting others, the EUBP team will get tested every day, and we hope you will follow our recommendation in order to protect each other. This is an additional voluntary measure and – currently – no obligatory requirement to access the conference area.

At the whole conference site, it is mandatory to wear a medical or FFP2/KN95 face mask. However, the mask can be removed when at your seat and when eating or drinking.    
A minimum distance of 1.5 meters must still be maintained when contacting people in public spaces.    

Please note that these are the current Covid-19 safety measures. Depending on possible changes in the occurrence of infections, these may need to be adapted accordingly.
