EUROPEAN COMPOSTING & AD LANDSCAPE RE-LAUNCH

Dear Members,

The interactive information tool on the European Composting & AD Landscape has now been re-launched in the members’ section of the EUBP website.

The map is intended as an easy-to-use tool for accessing basic information about the situation of anaerobic digestion and composting in EU Member States. The European Composting & AD Landscape provides an overview over many aspects of industrial composting and AD, as well as home composting, and MBT in one condensed map. The information has been provided courtesy of EUBP members and non-members alike and aims to provide valuable insights while paying particular attention to the regulations on and treatment of EN 13432 certified compostable bioplastics.

This is a service for EUBP members only. Please do not share with non-members, but do feel free to connect interested parties with us. If you are, or do know, an expert on AD & composting in one or more of the countries not yet covered in the map, we would welcome your help with adding this information to the map! The map will be updated regularly, as waste management regulations and practices change over time.

You can access the map by simply loging into our website members area using username: Members and password: 2017Bioplastics. You can find the composting landscape in the menu on the right.
