To whom it may concern: In case you have not registered yet to the General Assembly we kindly invite you to do so today, or transfer your voting right to a member of your trust.
Dear Members,
We cordially invite you to participate in our end of year 2025 General Assembly.
Date: Wednesday, 10 December 2025
Start: 14:00 p.m.
Termination: 17:00 p.m., followed by a networking reception
Location: European Bioplastics, Avenue Palmerston 3, 1000 Brussels & online
Please find attached the agenda (enclosure 2) and registration form (enclosure 3)
If you are unable to participate, we kindly suggest that you transfer your voting right to a trusted member who will be able to attend the meeting. Please note, to be valid, vote transfers must be indicated on the linked form (enclosure 3) or otherwise in a written form be brought to our attention before the meeting.
We also warmly invite you to our networking reception, which will take place following the meeting from 17:00 p.m.
We kindly ask you to return the registration form a.s.a.p. – latest by Wednesday, 5 December 2025.
