We cordially invite you to participate in our spring 2025 General Assembly.
Date: Wednesday, 4 June 2025
Start: 10:00 a.m.
Termination: 12:30 p.m., followed by a closing lunch
Location: European Bioplastics, Avenue Palmerston 3, 1000 Brussels
Please find attached the agenda (enclosure 1) as well as the financial report 2024 (Balance Sheet and Income Statement; enclosure 2), which will be presented at the meeting.
We also warmly invite you to our Social Evening, which will take place following the EUBP Talk live event on 3 June 2025. Please note that places for the live event are limited, so we encourage you to register as soon as possible to secure your seat. You are welcome to register for the EUBP Talk via our website: https://www.european-bioplastics.org/news/eubp-talk-series/ and for the Social Evening via our registration form.
In case you are not able to participate, we kindly suggest you transfer your voting right to a member of your trust, surely to attend the meeting. Please note, to be valid, vote transfers must be indicated on the attached fax answer form or otherwise in a written form be brought to our attention before the meeting.
We kindly ask you to return the attached registration form (enclosure 3) a.s.a.p. – latest by Wednesday, 28 May 2025.
