Dear Members,

The upcoming Members Meeting will take place on Tuesday, 13 December 2022, at the Thon Hotel EU, Rue de la Loi/ Wetstraat 75, 1040 Brussels.

We will start at 10 a.m. and finish around 1 p.m.

We managed to arrange rooms at the Thon Hotel EU, however, the contigent is only available until Friday, 25 November 2022. We therefore kindly ask you to book your room as soon as possible via this link.

In addition, we also kindly ask you to register via the below mentioned form by Tuesday, 29 November 2022, at the latest. This is an in-person meeting.

We will keep you informed and send you the respective documents (agenda, budget proposal, etc.) in due course.
