General Assembly – Survey on preferential date

Dear Members,

In the past, some General Assemblies were combined with the EUBP annual conference. However, from our experience and looking back at these mergers, this, as a rule, did not lead to a greater attendance at the General Assembly.

In order to be able to plan the 2nd General Assembly this year, we therefore ask for your short feedback – simply reply to this mail with "Option 1" or "Option 2".

Which date would be more convenient for you to physically attend the General Assembly:

• Option 1: Wednesday, 7 December 2022, 16:30-19:30 (Berlin, after the conference)

• Option 2: Tuesday, 13 December 2022, 13:00-16:00 (Berlin)

Please reply at your earliest possible convenience but by Thursday, 13 October 2022, at the latest.
