Dear Members, We cordially invite you to participate in our Members Meeting.

Please find enclosed the Agenda (download 1) for the General Assembly as well as the Working Programme (download 2) and Budget Proposal (download 3), all of which will be presented and voted upon during the meeting.
In September this year, the Board had commissioned the Consultancy Altruist Partners to conduct an efficiency assessment of the association. We have invited the CEO of Altruist, Donald Summers, to present his findings and to provide a sneak preview on potential measures suited to increase the efficiency and impact of the association. A detailed elaboration of the measures is envisaged for 2024.
In case you are not able to participate, we kindly suggest transferring your voting right to a member of your trust surely to attend the meeting. Please note, to be valid, vote transfers must be brought to our attention in written form.
We kindly ask you to return the attached registration form (download 4) a.s.a.p. – latest by Wednesday, 6 December 2023.
