We cordially invite you to participate in our spring 2023 Members Meeting.

Location: Thon Hotel EU, Wetstraat/Rue de la loi 75, 1040 Brussels

Please find attached the agenda (enclosure 1) as well as the financial report 2022 (Balance Sheet and Income Statement; enclosure 2), which will be presented at the meeting.

Along with the Annual Report 2023, we will also present a new draft for the Vision and Mission of European Bioplastics (enclosure 3) as well as EUBP’s Heat Map outlining the regulatory environment and engagement strategy.

In case you are not able to participate, we kindly suggest you transfer your voting right to a member of your trust, surely to attend the meeting. Please note, to be valid, vote transfers must be indicated on the attached fax answer form or otherwise in a written form be brought to our attention before the meeting.

We kindly ask you to return the attached registration form (enclosure 4) a.s.a.p. – latest by Tuesday, 30 May 2023.
