News and updates for EUBP members

Referring to our letter dated 21 February 2019, we hereby wish to inform you about some organisational changes of the upcoming Members Meeting on 26 June 2019. Contrary to our previous letter, the next Board Election will not take place on 26 June 2019, but at the second Members Meeting at the end of the year.

The key reason is that we have been informed by the local district court that certain changes of the statues were not accepted do to formality reasons. Therefore we were tasked to formally update the statues during the next General Assembly. In addition, the Board would like to suggest some additional changes and improvements to the statutes to ensure the long-term stability of European Bioplastics. You will receive all necessary documents in due time.

In our online members area, you will find detailed information on the latest development in our network, minutes and documents from our Product and Working Groups, and updates on past and upcoming Members Meetings.

To find out more, simply click on the link below and log in to the website members area (login: Members/ EUBPmember2019!).
