Renewable Materials Conference (hybrid)
There is a growing market demand for advanced and ready-to-use sustainable material solutions with a low carbon footprint – and fossil-free. In response, nova-Institute has decided to unite all relevant industries in the new Renewable Materials Conference (RMC). Over three days, participants get a complete overview of the latest renewable material solutions from a wide range of sustainable raw materials and technologies. The first day will focus on building blocks and chemicals, the second on polymers and plastics, and the third on plastic and composite materials. The Renewable Materials Conference is the follow-up event to this year’s “13th International Conference on Bio-based Materials”, thus, building on a successful history of previous conferences.
The conference will be held in a hybrid format – the physical meeting, which will take place 18–20 May 2021 in Cologne, Germany, can also be attended virtually.

News and updates for EUBP members
News and updates for EUBP members Dear Members, We cordially ask you to save the date for our next Members Meeting: 22 June 2021, 10-12 am CET. Due to the current situation, the meeting will be held online. All information regarding this meeting (agenda, login details and more) will reach you by separate mail in due time. Kind regards, Hasso von Pogrell Managing Director
Dear EUBP Members, we would like to get more insight into the use of bio-based additives (such as plasticizers, stabilizers, flame retardants) in your company/institution. We would very much appreciate if you could fill in this short questionnaire, which should not take longer than 3 minutes: https://www.surveymonkey.de/r/BVFX35V. The results are only for internal use only and will not be shared with others. However, we are considering to have an internal workshop on the topic under the umbrella of PG Biobased in the next couple of months. In case of questions, kindly contact Constance Ißbrücker (issbruecker@european-bioplastics.org). Thanks a lot for your support!
