Novel packaging films and textiles with tailored end of life and performance based on bio-based copolymers and coatings
Main results:
BIOnTop has developed:
- bio-copolymers, compounds, biocomposites and coating formulations for recyclable monomaterial/mutli-layer for packaging of fresh fruits and vegetables, dairy products and personal care products;
- organically recyclable coated woven fabrics and nets for tea bags and fruit and vegetable nets. reusable and recyclable coated woven fabrics for food wraps
- Secondary raw material packaging for extruded blown bags
